We have formed this organization in order to assist existing organizations that conduct programs of benefit to the worldwide community, in the spirit of the late Jay Moriarity. We wish to support our youth by sponsoring and supporting outdoor-based activities that improve their self-esteem and their physical and mental well-being. Additionally, we will offer financial assistance and/or volunteer help with these and similar programs: Junior Lifeguards of Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County Fire Departments, Christian Surfers Association, Harbor-to-Hook, local municipal skateboard parks, etc. Our activities will be spear-headed by MS. KIM MORIARITY, widow of the late Jay Moriarity, who died recently, unexpectedly, and at a very young age. Jay was a source of great inspiration to our local community and young people because of his contribution to youth-oriented outdoor activities. His passing caused a great out -pouring of support for Kim to carry on his legacy, and thus the founding of this organization. KIM MORIARITY, our President and founder,
